Access Med MD is a clinic based on the direct primary care model. This Membership-based model is a new and innovative alternative healthcare option. Our main goal is to provide our patients with affordable and accessible healthcare for all.

For a simple flat monthly fee equivalent to a monthly cell phone bill, patients can receive primary healthcare services, from annual physicals to urgent care needs. We prioritize your health and spend less time worrying about insurance payments. We try to provide care without restrictions or barriers, keeping our healthcare model affordable so it’s accessible to the majority of our community.
We are insurance-free. We do not accept any insurance nor do we work with third-party payers. The membership would include unlimited visits with your physician that month, labs, exams, and x-rays. Meet Vishwas Kadam, M.D.
Internal Medicine & Physician Nutrition Specialist
Vishwas Kadam, M.D. is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician, and a Physician Nutrition Specialist. Doctor Kadam is a healthcare provider primarily located in Newnan, GA, who strives to provide the best medical care possible. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Mumbai, India, and pursued his medical degree at the Mahatma Gandhi Mission Medical University, Mumbai India.
Vishwas completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Missouri in Columbia, GA, and pursued a fellowship in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, AL. Vishwas has continued to practice Internal Medicine and has worked at many traditional Healthcare organizations like Emory, East Alabama Medical Center, and Kaiser Permanent in GA.
Outside the Office
Vishwas lives in Newnan, GA with his beautiful wife, Ravina Kadam, MD. Ravina is an Internal Medicine Physician, who practices at Wellstar Medical Center in Lagrange, GA. Together they have two amazing children, Krish (12th grade) and Aarav (8th grade). Vishwas loves spending time with his family. During his free time, Vishwas loves to road bike, hike, travels, and enjoys the outdoors. He participates in many community biking and triathlon events each year. Some of his favorite sports are Tennis and Cricket. Vishwas plays the guitar and loves jamming with his kids, Krish (Drums) and Aarav (Saxophone) whenever they get a chance.

Joining Access Med MD Direct Primary Care will give you the convenience of having your own family doctor, who can provide you with undivided attention and the time you need.
Please note that in order to provide the best possible care, we will be strictly limiting our patient panel size to 450-500 patients per physician (in comparison, the typical panel size for a standard clinic is 2000 - 2500 patients per physician).
